0. Scope and Applicability

These Terms govern your use of the services offered by We3Wire that integrate Bridge's infrastructure. The specific Bridge entity and baseline user terms depend on your residency:

  • United States: Services are powered by Bridge Building Inc (a FinCEN-registered MSB with state money transmitter licensing). US user terms include an arbitration and class-action waiver (Section 7.8).
  • European Economic Area (EEA): Services are powered by Bridge Building Sp. z o.o. (Poland), registered in the Polish virtual asset activity register RDWW-794; GDPR-oriented terms and privacy apply.

1. Definitions

  • Stablecoin — a digital asset designed to maintain a stable value relative to a reference fiat currency (e.g., USD).
  • Digital Asset / Cryptocurrency — cryptographic tokens recorded on public distributed ledgers; not legal tender and not government-insured.
  • Order / Transfer — an instruction you submit through We3Wire to convert between fiat and stablecoins, between cryptocurrencies, or to cash out to fiat via supported rails.
  • Wallet — a custodial wallet provisioned via Bridge used to hold, send, or receive supported assets.
  • Virtual Account — a fiat deposit address (e.g., USD account/routing, SEPA IBAN) that onramps funds into a designated wallet.

2. Eligibility, Account Types, and Access

2.1 Minimum age and capacity. You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts under applicable law.

2.2 Territorial restrictions & sanctions. We cannot offer Services in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions and may change geographic availability as required by law and partners.

2.3 Account types.

  • Personal Accounts — for consumer/household use (US); for personal use (EEA).
  • Business Accounts — for commercial use; you must be duly authorized to bind the entity.

2.4 Access via We3Wire. You access Bridge-powered functions only through your We3Wire account; keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected compromise.

3. KYC/KYB and Compliance

3.1 Verification. You consent to identity/business verification, sanctions and adverse media screening, and ongoing monitoring to meet AML/CTF obligations of We3Wire, Bridge, and financial partners.

3.2 Requested information. For individuals: name, address, date of birth, government ID, TIN/SSN (if applicable), linked bank/wallet details, and source of funds. For businesses: legal name, registration details, ownership and control info, authorized signers, and supporting documents.

3.3 Refusals and limits. We may decline, suspend, or terminate access or specific transfers to comply with law, sanctions, risk policies, or partner requirements.

4. Services Offered (via Bridge APIs)

We3Wire provides the following capabilities using Bridge’s orchestration platform; availability varies by country, asset, partner, and compliance status:

  1. Custodial Wallets — Create and manage wallets to hold, send, and receive supported stablecoins and other supported assets
  2. Transfers (Fiat→Crypto, Crypto→Crypto, Crypto→Fiat) — Initiate conversions across supported fiat rails and blockchain networks using the Transfers API.
  3. Virtual Accounts (Onramps) — Provision fiat deposit addresses that automatically onramp into a wallet:
    • USD virtual account (account & routing)
    • SEPA Virtual IBAN
    • MXN virtual account
    • BRL virtual account (Beta).
  4. Offramps to External Fiat Accounts — Cash out wallet balances to bank accounts and other fiat endpoints via supported rails.
  5. Stablecoin Card Issuing — Issue branded Visa cards linked to stablecoin balances to spend online, in-store, and in mobile wallets (country availability varies).
  6. Stablecoin Issuance (“Open Issuance”) — Launch a branded stablecoin with reserves and compliance managed by Bridge; customization options available.

Bridge describes its platform as “a fully integrated stablecoin platform to receive, store, convert, issue and spend stablecoins.”

Important: Supported assets, rails, and regions may change. Depositing unsupported assets or using unsupported networks can result in loss. We3Wire may expose only a subset of Bridge features depending on your account and jurisdiction.

5. Wallets, Orders, and Settlement

5.1 Agency and execution. When you place an Order in We3Wire, you authorize We3Wire and Bridge (and their partners) to act as your agent to execute the requested transfer, including required conversions.

5.2 Ownership and permitted use. You must own or control any linked bank account, card, and destination crypto wallet. We may require additional checks for self-custody wallets and may cancel or reverse transactions where permitted.

5.3 Network risks & issuer controls. Public blockchains are outside our control; network congestion, forks, protocol changes, or issuer-level freezes can impact your assets or transfers. We may pause activity during disruptions.

5.4 Reversals & investigations. We may place holds or reverse transactions to mitigate fraud, comply with investigations, or address errors as permitted by law and partner rules.

6. Fees, FX, and Rates

6.1 Service fees. We3Wire may charge service fees shown at checkout or in a posted fee schedule; Bridge documentation references pass-through network costs and spreads for certain conversions.

6.2 Exchange rates. Exchange rates are determined at execution. A spread may apply for conversions; rates may be truncated for display.

6.3 Taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes arising from your use of the Services.

7. Electronic Communications (E-Sign)

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, and statements electronically. If you cannot or do not wish to receive electronic communications where e-delivery is required, you may lose access to Services that rely on electronic consent.

8. Licenses and Regulatory Disclosures

8.1 United States. Bridge Building Inc provides the underlying money transmission services to US residents subject to federal registration and state-by-state licensing. Certain states note that virtual currency transmission may not be covered by money transmitter licenses. See Bridge’s US Licenses & Registrations page for current status and disclosures.

8.2 EEA. Services to EEA residents are provided via Bridge Building Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland’s virtual asset activity register (RDWW-794). See Bridge’s legal overview for latest references.

8.3 We3Wire role. We3Wire provides the customer interface and product experience; regulated activities are fulfilled by Bridge and/or financial partners as applicable in your country.

9. Privacy

  • US: See Bridge’s US user terms and privacy notices, in addition to We3Wire’s Privacy Policy.
  • EEA: GDPR-aligned Bridge user terms apply alongside We3Wire’s Privacy Policy. Lawful bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent as described in Bridge’s EEA materials.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • United States (Personal & Business). Mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver apply per Bridge US User Terms (Section 7.8). You may have the right to opt out within a limited time by following the procedure in those terms. Governing law and venue follow the US User Terms.
  • EEA (Personal & Business). Arbitration/class waivers described in the US terms do not apply. Local consumer law protections and EU conflict rules may apply alongside Polish company law references in Bridge EEA terms.

These dispute provisions supplement, and do not replace, any mandatory rights under applicable law.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for illegal activity; sanctions evasion; fraud; money laundering; terrorist financing; IP or data-protection violations; or any activity prohibited by We3Wire, Bridge, issuers, networks, financial partners, or applicable law. We may update prohibited uses at any time and enforce suspensions/terminations accordingly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and our fee disclosures from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice.
