Terms of Service
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the we3wire platform ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), including all services, features, and tools made available through we3wire.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
What we3wire Is
we3wire is a financial technology platform that provides digital entrepreneurs — including freelancers, affiliate marketers, agencies, and ecommerce businesses — with access to two categories of services:
A. Banking & Payment Infrastructure Services — multi-currency virtual accounts, stablecoin wallets, fiat on/off-ramp, and cross-border payment capabilities. These services are powered by Bridge.xyz and provided by the applicable Bridge entity based on your jurisdiction:
- If you are a US resident: Bridge Building Inc (NMLS #2450917)
- If you are an EEA resident: Bridge Building Sp. z o.o.
- If you reside elsewhere: Bridge Building Limited / Bridge Ventures LLC
The applicable Bridge User Terms and Privacy Policy govern these services and are available at bridge.xyz/legal. By using the Banking & Payment Infrastructure Services, you agree to be bound by the applicable Bridge User Terms in addition to these Terms.
B. Card Payment Acceptance Services — the ability to accept card payments from your own customers via Stripe Connect. These services are provided by Stripe, Inc. and governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (stripe.com/legal/connect-account) and the Stripe Services Agreement (stripe.com/legal/ssa). By activating card payment acceptance on we3wire, you agree to be bound by the applicable Stripe agreements.
we3wire itself is the platform operator and interface layer. we3wire does not independently provide payment services, hold, transmit, or custody customer funds, and is not a licensed money transmitter, payment institution, or financial services provider.
Eligibility
To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to operate a business or conduct freelance/professional activities in your jurisdiction
- Not be located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a prohibited jurisdiction including Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea (DPRK), or the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
- Not be named on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the EU Consolidated Sanctions List, the UK HM Treasury Financial Sanctions List, or any other applicable sanctions list
- Not have been previously suspended or terminated from the Platform
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
Account Registration and KYC/KYB
To access the Platform's services, you must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC for individuals, KYB for businesses). This process is conducted by Bridge.xyz using its hosted identity verification infrastructure.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@we3wire.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
We and our infrastructure partners reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate access if verification cannot be completed or maintained.
Services Description
5.1 Virtual Accounts and Wallets
Subject to successful KYC/KYB approval by Bridge.xyz, you will be issued a virtual account with unique account and routing details in supported currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, and others based on availability) and/or a stablecoin wallet address on supported blockchain networks.
Supported stablecoins include USDC, USDT, EURc, and PYUSD. Supported networks include Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Tron, and Stellar, subject to change.
5.2 Receiving Payments
You may receive payments into your virtual account via wire transfer, ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SPEI, or stablecoin transfers from clients, platforms, or other sources.
5.3 Sending and Payouts
You may initiate payouts from your virtual account balance to your own linked external bank account or wallet via supported rails. Payout options include wire, ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SPEI, and stablecoin transfers.
5.4 Card Payment Acceptance
Merchants may connect a Stripe account to their we3wire account to accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other Stripe-supported payment methods) from their own customers. Stripe, Inc. is the card acquirer and processor. Funds from card transactions are held in your Stripe Connected Account and settled to your linked bank account in accordance with Stripe's standard settlement timelines, typically within 1–7 business days. Additional payment methods including buy-now-pay-later solutions may be made available upon request, subject to Stripe availability and jurisdictional approval.
Fees
Platform fees for we3wire services are shared in your dashboard after confirming any transaction. Processing fees for card payments are set by your Dedicated Account manager and disclosed in your we3wire account.
Merchant Responsibilities (Card Payment Acceptance)
If you use the Card Payment Acceptance service:
- You are the merchant of record for all transactions processed through your connected Stripe account

- You are responsible for accurately describing your goods and services to your customers
- You must maintain a chargeback rate below 0.5% over any 30-day period
- You must comply with all applicable card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and Stripe's acceptable use policy
- You are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes on your sales
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
